A free circle for women
You've done the work.
So why does it still
feel like this?
The tight chest. The short fuse. Saying yes when you mean no. You've read the books and done the therapy — and it keeps coming back.
Radiant Life is a free circle of women, meeting live every week with Kaila.

If this is you
You look fine.
You don't feel fine.
- You wake up tired, even after a full night.
- Your chest is tight and you can't say why.
- You say yes when you mean no, then resent it.
- You snap at people you love, then lie awake about it.
- You have a good life and feel guilty for not enjoying it.
You want more energy. Less stress. A calmer home. To feel like yourself again.
Why it keeps coming back
You're not failing.
You're fixing the
wrong thing.
Every fix you've tried works on the outside. New job. New diet. New routine.
What's actually running things is underneath. As a girl you learned rules for staying safe: say yes, don't need much, keep everyone happy.
Those rules protected you then. They're still running now. Kaila spent fifteen years mapping how they get built. She calls it the architecture of conditioning, and wrote a book by that name.
The question isn't “What's wrong with me?” It's “What is covering me up?”
The story Kaila tells first
The gold was
always there.
Centuries ago in Thailand, monks heard an army was coming for their giant gold Buddha. They covered it in clay until it looked like plain stone. The army walked straight past it.
Then the monks died. Hundreds of years went by, and everyone believed the statue had always been clay. In 1955 it was being moved, the clay cracked, and something shone underneath.
Your conditioning is the clay. It went on for good reasons. But the gold never left, and it never got smaller.
The Radiant Life Method · Phase one of four
01The ThresholdSteady the body first.
Water, food, sunlight, sleep, movement. Kaila is blunt about this one: you cannot do deep work on empty.
Phase two of four
02The DescentGo underneath it.
Meet the rules that have been running your life, and see exactly where each one came from. This is the architecture of conditioning.
Phase three of four
03ReclamationTake yourself back.
Your energy, your space, your voice, your no. You stop asking who you should be and find out who you actually are.
Phase four of four
04ReunionCome home.
To yourself, and to other women doing the same work. Different stories, the same rules underneath. Kaila says this part is not optional.
Where it happens

- Thursdays
- Live group coaching. Bring what's hard. Work through it with her.
- All week
- A private group of women walking the same four phases.
Joining costs nothing. No card. Leave whenever you like.
Who leads it
Kaila Leilani
Fifteen years in women's health — Chinese medicine, functional medicine, neuroscience. Thousands of patients.
She kept meeting women who had done everything right and still felt stuck. So she stopped asking what was wrong with them and started asking what was covering them up.
She wrote The Architecture of Conditioning to explain what she found.
You're not failing. You're solving the wrong problem.
